Description: |
This nomination is for a fabrication detail to eliminate the interference between the tops of bridge girder stiffeners and the angles needed to support stay-in-place concrete forms. The detail is a cope made at the outer top corner of the girder stiffener that is made during girder fabrication. The detail eliminates the field cutting of the stay-in-place form support angles to miss the corner of the stiffener. |
