Description: |
The Scott Brick Gasket Form Liner facilitates the construction of poured in place, precast or tilt-up concrete walls having integral cast thin brick or tile facings. The resulting monolithic wall section has no air space, weep joints, lintels, or dovetail anchors. The mortar joint is formed from the hard rock concrete of the wall casting itself, so water penetration, freeze-thaw cycling, expansion, and contraction is a function of that same concrete and the quality of the thin brick. The system is advantageous in that no masonry contractor is required and construction time is reduced. The form liner is patented. |
