Description: |
LEAPS is Barton Malow Company's formalized summer internship program for students in engineering and related fields. Developed specifically to replace the casual hit-or-miss campus recruiting approach, the program offers students hands-on construction experience augmented by formal program requirements. The program allows the firm to thoroughly evaluate high potential prospective employees. Some interns make a multi-year commitment to spend their summers with the firm, and by graduation, are attuned to its standards, methods, and values. |
