Description:

The Kit of Parts is a method of design for United States post offices that permits the building design to meet the demographic, space, functional, structural, and aesthetic needs of a local site. It is a modular, CADD based system that is used by architects and design contractors to produce working drawings for a medium sized postal building. The Kit of Parts concept has many potential applications for buildings where design functions can be clearly defined. Keywords: 1990 NOVA Award Winner
